EASTER RETREAT - Self-care, Thai Massage & Holistic bodywork

Nurture yourself and learn the art of touch in the beautiful soft hilly landscape of Emmental. Explore what touch can be and feel what bodywork can do. In the togetherness we create connectedness; where a community place becomes an extension of our living room.

In this Easter retreat, we aim to build a bridge between self-healing and holistic bodywork practices. We will offer spaces where you can discover various ways of connecting to yourself and others with the emphasis on the quality of touch as a primary principle.

We go inside, to go out. Inner exploration - self healing - outward exploration. Getting to know ways of giving and receiving through methods like Thai-Yoga Massage, Meditation and Yoga, Qi Gong, Breathwork and movement.
