I invite you to my next 4 hour session in Basel at the end of January feeling into winter qualities of being.

A practice that wishes to cultivate a deeper self awareness of the senses and what it means to be in our energy in relation to our inner and outer nature and our ancestral wisdom. Through merging the practice of Qi Gong, contact improvisation and body wisdom we go on a journey of self discovery with ourselves and others through meditative movement and play. We will explore time. There will be stillness, but also active sensing and moving.

There will be soup, tea and open jam for those who wish to stay after.
