Explore just that, with The Listening Body

The Listening Body is all about finding out who you really are or who you could be, from the inside out.

It's an exploration of how we express ourselves in the world. We look at ways of accessing our core existence through a series of workshops integrating embodies spirituality and artistic expression.

With practices like Qi Gong, Meditation, sound and movement every workshop has a different theme offering a chance to enter subconscious layers of consciousness.

This is the workshop series:

24th February - Movement 

Here, we start with the body looking for the movement which come from within. With Qi Gong, and fluid movement practices, we will explore and play with what the body wants to do. There will be moments of self exploration as well as opportunities to stand in front of the group to see how we relate to sharing of ourselves. 

25th February - Sound 

With combination of healing sounds and intuitive ways of expressing we will go through various stages, from exploring voicing along and together. From the point of view of using voice itself and the healing potential of using the voice to open blockages in the body, we then go into the expression of sharing with the group.

16th March - Relation/Connection

This event is all about exchanging with others through movement and relational practices, looking at how we relate to ourselves and others. With combining contact improvisation with somatic awareness, It's about connection, and how we can cultivate greater sensitivity and creativity in moving together. 17th March - Spirituality/integration

Here, we will play and see what it takes to integrate and become whole in our full expression of being. What is your expression? What tools to you need to exchange more, share more and exist freely as yourself.
