Explore just that, with The Listening Body
The Listening Body is all about finding out who you really are or who you could be, from the inside out.
It's an exploration of how we express ourselves in the world. We look at ways of accessing our core existence through a series of workshops integrating embodies spirituality and artistic expression.
With practices like Qi Gong, Meditation, sound and movement every workshop has a different theme offering a chance to enter subconscious layers of consciousness.
